Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor of 3D Modeling & Animation

One-year position to begin August 2011. We seek an artist with experience teaching/producing creative 3D Modeling and Animation work using Autodesk Maya, with a secondary area of expertise in teaching Digital Foundations and Design courses. Position would be a part of the growing and vibrant Digital Arts & Sciences Program and be responsible for teaching introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses in 3D modeling and animation.
Required: M.F.A. or other appropriate degree or equivalent industry experience.  Ability to teach traditional drawing and design classes is a plus, but not required.
