It's funny, that's why I never grew up, I couldn't figure out how to be a
debaser. I don't think it's a joke or charming either. I know that in real
life you might not like me or invest time in me. After all, why would you?

I hear ya. You asked one time how can art be moral during Empire, I think
only by Genius 2000. Well that's the way I use. I doubt the general
consensus is that I'm a really very morally sound creator or that I generate
moral imperialist art. However it is the very truth.
In Empire I think you have to have socially responsible consumption and
investment. But the power of the center demands total corruption when
necessary. It's a big problem. If you use money, you are doing some violent
stuff to someone who suffers to keep that money valuable.
Therefore I disagree that a person can just back out of the world and live in
their own utopia. I mean, you can and you can't. Of course we all do, most
of us, take what we can get and need to be happy. I respect happy people qua
happy people sometimes, sometimes I don't.
Is that what you mean by shop? When I was four I knew this 2-year old E.K.,
she worked DV in Vegas and national circuit, still does, has a daughter named
Jade. You know her?
