Have you ever thought of why your time would look like if technology wasn’t ruling out lives? What would your dream space look like if time on algorithm-run apps were removed?
Dreaming Beyond AI wants to create space to reflect, create and dream on the theme of AI & temporality. We are looking for 5 artists who will experience a hybrid format to artistically explore, question, deconstruct, and play together around ideas, perceptions, and experiences of time and temporalities in the context of the AI discourse.
The residency will be compensated with a honorarium of 4.000,- € and will take place online and offline: 23.-30.06.2023 near Hamburg, Germany (in person) and July and September (digital). The projects will be presented by the artists in residence in Hamburg in the frame of a symposium (date tbd). For this residency program, Dreaming Beyond AI is cooperating with ifa – Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen, Kampnagel and Deichtorhallen Hamburg.
