Media Arts & Technology Specialist

The Media Arts & Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting the entire IEA operational activities along with the director and staff. The Media & Technology Specialist works closely with the Director and staff to establish the direction of all professional activities for the year including all aspects relevant to the implementation of the grants that facilitate an extensive and well-known visiting artist technological residency program. In this capacity, the Media & Technology Specialist acts as consultant to resident artists on major projects and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production including specialized and complex technological strategies and skills for the publication of limited-edition prints, digital media projects, artists books and catalogs as well as the management of an extensive state of the art facility and specifically the Media Studios of IEA. The Media & Technology Specialist oversees all aspects of several historical projects and necessary web publication management.
