IGLOO: Warstars - Lighthouse Centre For the Arts
The Warstars Installation will be at the Lighthouse Centre For the Arts Poole. December 18th 2004 - Jan 15th 2005 10am -8pm
Warstars is a series of interrelated films concerned with the relationship between figure and landscape. The installation exposes the rhythms of nature which lends a mythic quality to the progression through lava, water, sulphur, rock and ice. Shot entirely on location in Iceland, Warstars features a double stereo score by one of Icelands leading electronic muscians, Bjossi Thorgrimsson aka Biogen.
Warstars will be touring the UK as part of the Capture Installations Tour 04/05.
