The W:OW Art Film and Video Festival - is looking for works by artists in the field of art & moving images (max. 10 minutes) dealing in an innovative, experimental way with the most essential questions of human existence related to the PAST, Present and Future of the human species on planet EARTH.

Initiated, directed and curated for artvideoKOELN international and The New Museum of Networked Art by the Cologne based new media art curator and artist Agricola de Cologne, The W:OW Project - is an artistic global networking project bringing together artists, curators und cultural institutions around the world.
