Walter Tandy Murch

For a number of years I have wondered why Walter Tandy Murch has been ignored by Canadian Art Historians.
According to articles and publications he was a favorite of artists working in New York in the 40's and 50's.
His works display style and content seen in the digital photos and collages of many of todays celebrated printmakers and photographers.
When I look at his work I see game scenarios, 3d mockups and clips from the brothers quay. Way ahead of his time. He incorporated tech subjects and veils that seem otherworldly.
This work was as far ahead of it's time in the visual arts as any can imagine.
He was admired by the Abstract Expressionists and the early pop artists. There is an incredible quality to these works that predates anything of it's day.
Time for reassessment I would think:
