Posture during ordinary daily activities

Dear Master Gudo Nishijima,

Thank you for your clear and precise explanation of the method for
practicing Zazen.

Considering your theory about the direct effect of Zazen on the
autonomic nervous system, what is your opinion on the best posture
during ordinary daily activities, especially while sitting at a desk or
at a computer?

Would it be beneficial to sit in the Lotus position, keeping the spine
straight vertically, etc., for certain periods every day while working,
in addition to regular Zazen practice?
