In Windows Explorer,
Tools>Folder Options>File Types.
Change all 'File Types' that involve "URL" to your favorite browser.
Like so:
Click on an Extension/File Type. Click
Advanced>Edit>Browse
Browse to your fave browser, probably in c:\program files somewhere. Mine
is Opera (I like fullscreen no browser chrome).
After the above, when you click a link in an email or start a browser from
the desktop or otherwise open a browser, your fave browser will open, not
