working from one end to the other and all points in between

Hi everyone reading rhizome RAW,

I am going four places in the US in the next few days.

1.
First I'm going down to Fairhope, Alabama, for Christmas. That
doesn't really have anything to do with art.

Then I'll come home to where I live in Asheville, North Carolina.

2.
Then I'm going down the mountain from here to Knoxville, Tennessee,
to do a performance at the Art Gallery of Knoxville. It's part of a
larger thing that Jon Cates is doing down there that may be announced
by Jon and/or Chris Molinski in a more official capacity. Or maybe
it has already been anounced. Hi Jon. Chris invited me to come down
and be a part of your raw bits / critical artware event. I guess
I'll see you down there.

Then I'll come home again.

3.
Then I'm going to Portland, Maine, because that is where my graduate
school is and it is our winter intensive. I anticipate swimming in
this pool at some point (

4.
Then we are taking a bus from Portland to New York City for a field
trip. It will be the first time I have been to New York since I was
eleven years old. After this trip I will no longer be able to say
that, and then I will just be one more person who has recently been
to New York City.

I will be at the Seafarers and International House on 123 E. 15th
(between Irvine Place and 3rd Ave). The number there is 212
677-4800. I'll check in on January 10 and depart on January 14. I
imagine they will keep us pretty busy seeing art and artists and
stuff like that, but if anybody wants to meet and talk and drink beer
(or just talk, or just drink beer), send me an email and maybe we can
get together.

Then I'll come home again.
