"Better and Faster Patch-Building in Max/MSP/Jitter"

Max/MSP/Jitter artists can work faster and write easier-to-use patches by
observing Max-specific techniques and general programming "best practices".
Working with native Max/MSP/Jitter objects, we will focus on techniques that
save programming time, that make patches easier to reuse in multiple
projects, and that create consistent interfaces for smoother performances
and user-interaction.
———————————————————————

To exemplify the techniques, we'll build a set of patches that distribute
MIDI information to various controls, as well as a self-interpolating
"numberbox" control. You'll leave the workshop with files you can adapt to
your own work.

This is most appropriate for intermediate (and maybe advanced-beginner)
Max/MSP/Jitter programmers – People who know how to build functional
patches and want to learn straightforward techniques for making reusable
objects.
