FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Active Duty
Armed Artists of America (AAA)
Armed with ideas and the tools to create a rapid response agenda to stop the
global progression towards world war three.
THIS IS A CALL TO DUTY

Curated by the Artist and U.S. Army Veteran Lee Wells as a rapid call for
art.

Active Duty has organized over 30 artists in less than 21 days as a direct
response to the current socio-political state of America and the phenomenal
events taking place on, in and over the world today. The artists are
temporarily banding together under the banner of Studio 84 as a timely
autonomous art movement called:

Armed Artists of America (AAA).
(AAA) has no formal agenda except to create with a need to set a positive,
pro-active and practical force in motion with the hope and understanding
that the ideas juxtaposed within will be coopted, elaborated and joined upon
by others.

Active Duty is looking to create a dialogue and open discussion between the
artists and the community at large.
