Commissions wackiness

Hi everybody,

I've received a few inquiries into this, so: Yes, the commissions
announcements are late. Sorry about that. It's not due to any problem
from the community voting system. More due to the jury taking a little
longer than we expected to make its decision. Bad jury! No tenure.

Anyway, we're just about to start contacting people and signing things
and all that fun stuff. Y'all should hear the results in a week or so.
