I also think its wise that you are not releasing who the photographer is.

I think if were to there would be heaps and heaps of inspiration flowing
through the Rhizome community that the Hoover dam could not hold back the
wave of creativity.

If only someone in the community were smart enough to try and figure out on
there own who it is and then spread the word like wildfire. I can imagine.

I think you gave us some clues when the case first began but I am afraid to
look back.

Maybe I'll do a GOOGLE later tonight to see what turns up. I know I will at
least find some cool images to mess with.

On a Lawyer note: It never hurts to get a couple opinions. I personally
would forget the unsolicited opinion given earlier.
