Subject: Perl scripts tech list

Hi All,

I'm doing a project for the web that needs some finessing of perl scripts.
The piece involves 2 countries each dictating into a browser forms window in
their native tongues. The forms are fed to a server that refreshes the
browser window creating a pseudo-chat. Here's the trick. I'm trying to use
existing web based translation and text to speech sites so that the text is
translated and spoken in a synthetic voice on either end in the native
language. I've got all the code & component scripts. I need some help in
fitting it all together.
Anyone in nyc that can help?
