THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY, MARION CAMPUS seeks applicants who possess a combination of skills in two-dimensional artwork and in the digital arts, including web authoring, audio, video and/or multimedia technologies. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated excellence in both the creation and teaching of life drawing, painting and two-dimensional design, as well as in the digital arts and time-based media. This position will require a strong commitment to undergraduate education, university committee work and individual research in a multi-disciplinary, small college atmosphere within one of the nation's premier public research universities. Required: an MFA or equivalent, a substantial record of professional achievement, including relevant teaching experience, a strong exhibition record and a pedagogy that promotes interdisciplinary study.
