The SCM Annual 2012 will be held from 30th June to 15th July in the new home of School of Creative Media – Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre. Themed “Pass it on”, The SCM Annual 2012 exhibits a collective effort of our students perpetuating the flow of creativity in the new hub of learning and innovation.

More than 70 graduating artists will showcase their best works in photography, interactive installation and intermedia. Video works in the forms of animation fiction films, documentaries and experimental films will be screened during the exhibition. Also, there will be a series of critique sessions conducted, providing a platform for the sharing and exchange of ideas among professionals, the public and
our artists.

《創意媒體學院年度展2012》是創意媒體學院校舍搬遷後的第一個年度展，故以「承傳」為主題，鼓勵同學在嶄新環境下堅守昔日在地下停車場那種勇於嘗試、不斷創新的精神，開拓更多橫跨藝術媒體的可能。

逾七十位應屆城大創意媒體畢業同學將展示其傑出作品，當中包括攝影、互動裝置藝術和跨媒體作品；而其他錄像作品，包括動畫、劇情短片、紀錄片和實驗短片則於放映會內播放。與此同時，是次年度展設有一連串放映座談會和作品分享會，讓業界人士、公眾及藝術家直接對話，互相交流。大會並設有導賞團，供公眾及各學校參與。
