new media, IMD and digital art in the netherlands

Hi all,
I'm a 3rd year graduate italian student in Science of Communication and I'm really interested in studying IMD, art/new media/communication. According to my purpose I was wondering if you can advice me institutions/research centers (approriate for a person with my degree) in The Netherlands or whatever in North European countries.
