Studio 27 presents an evening of avant-garde films and videos that have a particular relevance in the context of George W. Bush's abuse of executive power, in his administration's so-called "war on terror." This event, titled "State of Exception," asks: What are the consequences of living in a political system that is formed in the ideology of war? How did it come to this? What is possible?
