MIKVAH -

BONNIE EBNER, U.S.A.

Solo exhibition at ART 836 / G Gallery

MIKVAH - single channel video installation

Opening 29th Jan 2016 at 9 pm

Los Angeles-based artist Bonnie Ebner explores the relationship between symbols and constructed meaning, dedicating particular interest to Westernized
normalizations, influenced by advertising. Her work questions the value and authenticity of objectification. With a background in economics, environmental studies, art and advertising, she perpetually re-interprets the way that
imagery and the intangible are processed. She is motivated by a genuine desire to communicate concept through art that challenges assumptions and inspires thoughtful conversation.

Exhibition will be on view till Feb 25th, 2016.
