Fishtank Gallery invites you to the opening reception of SIGHT UNSEEM - dioramas and stereoscopes. Works by Jihyun Park and Rebecca Hackemann.

Jihyun Park and Rebecca Hackemann challenge perception, sight and the convention of naming things in their constructed optical sculptures of radically different sizes ranging from 5" x 6" inches to 8ft x 8ft. Think Jonathan Crary, Saussure, Dubord et al…and a dose of humour. (RHs work incorporates black and white trick photography).
