The larger sized video has some icky pixel artifacts (from trying to move an image diagonally which always makes the pixels jiggle since the pixels' axes aren't oriented in the same direction as the motion) in a few sections, so the smaller one is probably better to view. The large one does have the best image data I think so if you download & view it half size you get better quality than the bigger half-size video.
