Motion Studies opening Thursday, October 2, 6-8pm

Motion Studies
A multimedia exhibition exploring movement and performance from intimate actions to public gestures is on view from September 2 through Dec 12, 2003. Works range from a commentary on the flow of human traffic in urban space to meditations on the choreography of the everyday. Included are drawings, sculpture, video, and 3D animation projections Janet Cohen, Eduardo Difarnecio, Shelley Eshkar and Paul Kaiser, Marie-Christine Katz, kimsooja, Pia Lindman, and William Pope.L. Gallery Hours are M-F 11-5 pm: Opening Reception to meet the artists is Oct 2, 6-8 pm.
