The 3jay Artists' Collective mark their sixth anniversary this year with a
group show for Oxford Artweeks at the Said Business School.

The group, formed in 1997 by Alun Ward, James Davies and James Read, began
life as an online resource for the three artists but has since expanded to
accommodate a floating selection of local and international artists. The
exhibiting members for 2003 are Alun Ward, James Davies, James Read, Ioan
Humphreys, Andrew Senior and Sushil Mangaonkar.

With the Collective's online presence available worldwide, 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, the members work independently of each other
throughout the year, but maintain an annual tradition of a group
exhibition that combines their separate output into a meaningful
whole. The new show at the Said Business School will be themed around
the perception of time, and will feature new works including
paintings, a landscape art installation and computer and video
presentations dealing with loops, echoes, memory, cross-generational
collage, the passing of time and the drifting participation of the
viewer. The show will be open to the public daily (excluding Sundays)
throughout the Artweeks festival. Admission is free.
