the URL got me forwarded their homepage, but with a bit of snooping,
you can find this article.

it's really suspect journalism. but actually, a few days after 9/11,
i had found most of this same evidence just by snooping through old
new york times articles. decided while it was happening, live
stories are always confused but what i found may have just been a
bunch of coincidences. decided to wait to see if anyone else found
the same stuff. these folks did find it, years later, by some other
means. so the likelihood of coincidence is drastically reduced.


i'm no journalist either, but here's what i gathered from articles
from about '96 to '02 (just up to 9/11).

the city owned the WTC, was losing money like crazy on it. close to
empty, their biggest renters were leaving in droves in the 90's and
it cost a ton to maintain. after a few years, the city decides
trying to privatize it. they sold the landmark (which by ny law, no
one could demolish even if it cost them millions/year to keep). after
negotiations that would crumble after a few years, silverstein buys
it for about a third of the price asked (about a fourth of the
assessed market value) in about a month. a publicist for the realty
company appeared to lie about the sq. footage being nearly full there
(did the math, they weren't even close). then about 2 months later,
the buildings are both demolished, with almost no structural damage
to outlying property. the insurance companies involved fork over
millions in settlement, particularly to the silversteins. the city
loses their twin sore thumbs.


of course, none of this leads to any definite proof. certainly, if
either or both planes had the ability to shoot missiles, that WOULD
be scary. did somehow, a commercial plane take off with that kind of
weoponry? and nobody stopped it at the runway or shortly after
take-off? who all was in on this? how much "explanation" was
cover-up? i couldn't tell anything from their footage.

but isn't it odd that the attacks in pennsylvania and dc didn't yield
results even close to the same scale as in NY. why did the others
fail to do damage with nearly the same impact? the pennsylvania
escapade was deterred by one brave guy and the one in DC only did
some damage to the pentagon, but the other attempt took down both
twin towers? doesn't this strike you as weird? folks are still
riled up about the WTC incident after almost 2 years, we remain as if
in red alert though nothing has happened since. do folks WANT to
feel threatened?


is the government in on it? who knows. who even cares at this
point. bush is so blatantly maniacal, anything's possible. people
let him get away with anything. the more ridiculous, the better.

it was recently exposed that Tom Ridge's latest warning was a sham.
nobody seems to act any differently, as if they always assumed it
must be true anyway. the prez obviously isn't about to tell us his
real reason for putting the US back a few million in debt to blow up
sand dunes? there's a lot less money in everyone's pocket but who
cares as long as everyone with a turban is blown up. the last US
election was clearly the biggest coup to democracy in our lifetimes.
so why do folks let this maniac run loose? he shouldn't be outside
of an institution, much less in the white house. but guess it's like
asking why everyone supported hitler for so long.

'Golden Herring' Towers which would cost more to tear down than to
replace. And now, he has the gall to try to make the insurance
companies double pay for the World Trade Center. Shameless. But with
this new development, the insurance companies can not only stop
payment on all 911 claims, but they can now start to recover their
huge losses due to fraud. What will Larry Silverstein settle for now?
Perhaps he knew nothing, one can only hope. It will be for the
investigators of the true official investigation to figure out. But
as of yet, this investigation hasn't started. The sham 911 commission
is designed to cover this up. The true investigation, in my opinion,
will only be done by those who have the most to lose. Insurance
companies. When they see the Dog and Pony show that has been leveled
against them, they will, and should rise up in unison and say; "Nope,
not a dime…Let the insiders pay for their handiwork! With the
information here at the site, it should provide the Insurance
companies, with far more than enough reason to just saying 'no' to
another nickel or dime payout. Let the truth begin and lets leave the
falsehoods behind….
