Take two reporters :
1st one is an amateur moblogger who will report the event in a totally
subjective way.
2nd one, a nearly pro journalist, will be (not too) tediously objective.
Now give them smartphones, send them to rainy Manchester, and tell them
what/where they have to shoot.
