Video Projector on steam??

Hi all,
Apologies for cross-posting

Awhile ago someone on one of my email lists sent out an email about a video
projector that projects onto a thin film of steam. I recall see a webpage
about the device. It was about size of bigger projector. The steam was sent
vertically…or rather somehow it created the same effect of a rainbow
temporarily to the air above this slit, which then received a projection.

Any help would be much appreciated.
