self-portrait + preformance

hi there. i'm currently doing research for a new media installation/performance that i want to do. i am looking for information on artists (name, projects, etc) whom incorperate themselves physically and virtually into their pieces. plus, i am looking for informational sites that could help me begin to do research on motion sensors to trigger video and audio. if anyone has any suggestions, please drop me a line.
