Video/Animation project at the University of Virginia

The Niche, a new media project in the Fine Arts Library at the University of Virginia, is accepting submissions for screening beginning in late 2011. Our screening space functions like a gallery in that viewers may come to the work at any time and may or may not stay to watch the whole way through. We are primarily interested in video art and experimental animation but will consider experimental film if it works in that context and is available in digital format. Generally, we screen one work per month. Submissions should be sent to [email protected]. Please include a link to a good quality online preview and any other information you would like us to have.
