America's dream...

The fact is that no other single act of terrorism against a civilian
population in history using a SINGLE device and in one SINGLE shot killed
more people in ONE INSTANCE than the horrific American attack on the two
cities in Japan, the first of which happened today, 57 years ago. Total City
destructions were a hobby of both the Allies and the Germans during World
War II. But no other attack on a civilian population was so TOTAL, so
INSTANTANEOUS, and having ENDURING CONSEQUENCES as the attacks on Japan. And
the weapons used to destroy cities in Germany by the allies were not weapons
of mass destruction anyway. Rather, they were "conventional" weapons used in
massive amounts. The nuclear weapons are, on the other hand, the obvious
"king" of all weapons of mass destruction.

On the last days, Bush Administration have tone up the threatening against
Bagdad, that will use nuclear weapons, to face a hypothetical attack with
quimical devices from Iraq… I think that only a madman can do such menace,
because "little boy" was a 20 kilotons bomb and on present, neutron bombs
have the power to kill human lives, a thousand times greater than the
Hiroshima device! In the case of a neutron bomb, on the impact area, on 7
Km2, no one can stay alive! And around of this area, in hundred of Km2, the
radiations to fall sick much more! If we have in count that Bagdad
population are nearly 3 000 000 habitants, the result of the deflagration of
a such kind device, it would be a massive and grievous holocaust, with
parallel to no other in human history. And the brutal mind that can express
such menace, only have a pale ressamblance with Hitlers mind!
