VIROSE - a floating structure operating in the technological
"inframince" - is now launching a new deparment dedicated to
architecture. Understanding architecture as a vanishing discipline, a
system of investigation and invention, the arch.virose widens the
scope of discussion outside established frontiers, bluring
architectural practice and discourse with other disciplines.

Actions re Form - architecture design experiments in movement

It will take place at CAPC, Circulo de Artes Plasticas de Coimbra -
Portugal, the opening of the exhibition it will be at 5 P.M on the
11th January. The exhibition Actions re Form, presents 7 essays of
architecture by marcosandmarjan, Tom Foster, John Puttick, Ben Addy,
Jens Ritter, Steve Pike and Jia Lu.
The projects explore the relationship between architecture and a
"scientific" understanding of a world, in wich innovations in
technology are challenging both the nature of our immediate physical
surroundings and the manner in wich they are perceived. These works
vanish the boundaries of conventional architectural practice, to
create new disciplines that exist somewhere between science and art

Actions re Form is promoted by the VIROSE architecture department and
