Nuovo Nuovo Vecchio is a website take-over curated and implemented by bubblebyte.org, a curatorial collaboration that specialises in integrating artwork within the fabric of functioning websites. Active throughout the duration of the Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2013 exhibition at Bristol’s Spike Island gallery, Nuovo Nuovo Vecchio brings together the work of 8 of this years featured artists, asking them to create work that reacts in some way to work from the New Contemporaries online exhibition archive, dating back to 1989.
