N.B. This call has been extended due to popular demand! We thank those who have submitted works already.

SoundFjord, London's only sound art devoted gallery and research unit is currently programming films/AV work for a 'sound season' screening.The works will be screened at a renowned arthouse cinema in London, Nov/Dec 2010.

If you'd like to be part of this season of sound-related films and AV works this winter…

PLEASE SEND US LINKS TO THE WORK (OR COPIES OF THE ACTUAL WORK) ALONG WITH A SYNOPSIS AND SHORT BIO ASAP!

We would also like to hear your requests for films you'd like to see that fit the brief!

SoundFjord is open to ideas, but here is a list of what we are currently interested in screening:

✧films with seminal scores/use of silence
✧silent films given a new score
✧AV work experimenting in sound/vision
✧films on sound, sound art, noise, etc.
✧docs on artists working in sound/experimental music
✧science docs on sound/perception
✧ethnographic films highlighting different kinds of music/listening
