Proliferating information and shrinking sense

Who said:

1. Either information produces meaning but wages a losing battle against th=
e constant drain of sense which is taking place on all sides.

2. Or, information has nothing to do with meaning. It is qualitatively diff=
erent, another kind of working model which remains exterior to meaning and =
its circulation, properly speaking.

3. Or, on the contrary, there is a strict and necessary correlation between=
the two, to the extent that information destroys or at least neutralizes s=
ense and meaning, the loss of which is directly related to the dissuasive a=
nd corrupt action of media-disseminated information.
