ABOUT
:::
Established in 1987 as Computer Graphics & Interactive Media, Pratt's Department of Digital Arts (DDA) has over a 25-year history of engaging students in the extraordinary potentials of a combined art and technological practice.

Students in this 60-credit-hour, two-year Graduate Digital Arts program are fully immersed in the creation of artwork that is informed by the digital age and utilizing its technologies. Domestic and international artists come together to study within the concentrations of interactive arts, digital animation/motion arts, or digital imaging. Within the context of new media and networked culture, students produce work that is conceptually and technically sophisticated and positioned within a contemporary art discourse.

A rigorous concentration on professional practices leads Pratt Digital Arts graduates to advanced work in a variety of creative new media fields.
