THE FOURTH ANNUAL MEDIA THAT MATTERS FILM FESTIVAL
Deadline: January 5, 2004

A celebration of short films and new media work that spark action and
debate, this yearlong festival includes community screenings around the
country, online streaming, television broadcasts and DVD distribution
to thousands of educators and activists. All genres welcome. Special
youth contest. $1,000 cash awards.
