Call For Applications: A.I.R. Studio Paducah

A.I.R. Studio Paducah is seeking applications for the residency program beginning April 1, 2013. The program welcomes artists working in a range of traditional and non-traditional visual arts practices, as well as writers and composers. The residency is best suited to self-motivated, focused artists who have a clear objective for the residency. Stays can be as short as two weeks and as long as three months. Collaborative artists (2) and couples can be accommodated.

Located in the heart of Lowertown Paducah, A.I.R. Studio is within walking distance to local galleries and artist's studios. The Yeiser Art Center, Maiden Alley Cinema, the Carson Center, the National Quilt Museum and the Paducah School of Art are also close by.

A.I.R. Studio Paducah is managed on a not-for-profit basis, and at this time, financial support is not available. The live/work studio rent is $850 per month or $500 for two weeks, inclusive of utilities. The studio space is handicap accessible, and not media specific.
