CALL FOR WORK
Dimanche Rouge is looking for experimental art performances in all formats including multimedia, dance, performance art, video, sound, actions, body art, interventions, street art, spoken word and installations. Please, submit your proposal for our monthly edition in Paris or for our special editions. Note that Dimanche Rouge works without a budget, therefore we will not be able to provide funding.

MISSION
Dimanche Rouge’s mission is to promote contemporary art performances reaching a large and diverse public, providing a permanent platform for experimental art, and fostering international exchanges. Dimanche Rouge’s core development is a monthly and free experimental performance event based in Paris, France. This event was born out of a need for a permanent platform for experimental performances in Paris, and is now established at different venues for international artists to perform. Dimanche Rouge is currently developing projects abroad intended to establish similar platforms in other countries and create sustainable artistic exchanges.

EVENTS
Since the start, 17 months ago, Dimanche Rouge’s events have showcased the work of over 500 artists from 52 countries. All of which have featured a wide array of groundbreaking performances including multimedia, dance, performance art, video, sound, actions, body art, interventions, street art, spoken word and installations. Dimanche Rouge has created a large network of artists and numerous collaborative projects have started within this network.
