Space is an ever-pressing issue in our densely populated little metropolis of Hong Kong. This should come as no surprise as it claims some of the highest property prices in the world. Despite these unreasonably high prices, there are still a plethora of abandoned spaces in Hong Kong. The aim of this exhibition is to highlight these abandoned spaces through investigating and participating in the ongoing evolution of, and offering viewers a view of the paradigms within these spaces; how they exist now as a collaboration between the human and the natural, the functional and the unproductive, the flattening of past and the precarious state of the present.
