Throughout October and November of 2008, The LAB will present a series of performances, events, and screenings by local and international sound artists. This innovative showcase for sonic art will coincide with a gallery exhibition featuring Dan Nelson's 140 Ways to Make a Cassette Tape Unlistenable, Owen Martell and Simon Proffitt's Parallel Wales project, and Jim Haynes' Every Island Fled Away and the Mountains Could Not Be Found. This series is programmed in collaboration with Club Sandwich, Fonal Records (Finland), and 23five, sponsored by Aquarius Records.

This series is made possible by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and FRAME Finnish Fund For Art Exchange.

This is an ongoing event with different shows different nights!
