Rebecca Nagle is an installation, video, and performance artist. Rebecca has exhibited nationally and internationally in various museums and galleries, including Site Santa Fe, Sante Fe, NM and Ssamzie Gallery, Seoul, South Korea. Her work is in the permanent collection of Ssamzie Museum, Hayri, South Korea. She was also part of the exhibit design team for At Freedoom’s Door: Challenging Slavery in Maryland at the Maryland Historical Society and the Reginald F. Lewis Museum. Rebecca’s interactive performance and video work mediates power and intimacy between herself and the viewer. The performances make visible the commodification of the body, intimacy, and power.
