[....] The project Chain Music was initiated by Ryuichi Sakamoto when the US started to invade Iraq in 2003. Sakamoto combined musical pieces from one artist to another, like a chain letter. 19 artists such as Mika (Pansonic), Towa Tei, Carsten Nikolai and Christian Fennesz have contributed their musical pieces.
