GLEAM, Art in a New Light

GLEAM, Art in a New Light, an annual outdoor art exhibit in Madison, WI, seeks light-based installation of compelling scale. Olbrich Botanical Gardens offers a variety of settings within the 16 acre garden and 10,000 sq ft indoor tropical conservatory. Typically over 15,000 visitors preview the two-month exhibit during special evening hours in September and October. Proposals must utilize light as the major component to achieve a dynamic evening / nighttime presence. Interactive installations are encouraged. GLEAM has a total budget of $60,000 to divide between (7-8) proposals with a goal of enlivening as much of the Gardens as possible.
