Adjunct Lecturer in Web Design, Javascript

The Electronic Design and Multimedia Program in the City College (CUNY) Art Department has adjunct openings for two courses for Fall 2016:

Art 39540 Design for the Web1, Wednesdays 2-4:50
Art 49552 Topics in Web Programming (Javascript), Monday 6:15-9:05
Classes begin 8/26 and end approximately 12/16

Adjunct must be a citizen or have permission to work in the US.

The Art Department has a Digital Design concentration in the BA for studio art with about 145 students, and a BFA in Electronic Design and Multimedia with about 70 students. Web Design 1 is a required foundation course in the BFA and is a prereq. for the Topics class

Applicants should have a BFA and/or MFA with related exhibition and/or industry experience. Contact Professor Weintraub by email. Include a CV and proposed course outline.
