Donate your cravats for the sake of art!

Conceptual artist Genco Gulan is collecting used ties for his next grand installation; "Big Escape". This project will be realized with lots of used ties as a site specific project(s) at two locations: Cankaya Contemporary Art Center, Ankara Turkey and State Museum of Contemporary Art, Thessaloniki Greece.

We ask you to contribute to this project by sending us the cravats that you want to get rid of. The project will be in the context of the exhibition entitled "Places of Memory -Fields of Vision" that is organized by the State Museum of Contemporary Art, Thessaloniki, Greece and will be presented at the Center of Contemporary Art, Port of Thessaloniki, from December 21, 2012 until February, 2013.
