Description
inoise is an internet based realtime monitor, which displays hypertext documents audio/visual in a reconfigured form. start point is always an internet page defined by the user. inoise starts scanning this internet page for a random link to display in the next interval. every scanned hypertext document is displayed simultaneous. this process is not determined. Inoise works like a frequency scan on radio or tv.
What you hear and see is the HISSING and NOISE of the internet.
