Artist Robert Catalusci is currently based in Los Angeles, CA. Known for his confrontational Shaman-Pop cerebral performances that may involve home cooked meat that is served to the public or ingested by the artist. Catalusci crafts outer-personal dialogues that record his ultra-conscious out-of-body manifestations,

Catalusci has exhibited and performed at the International Art Fair Los Angeles (Richard/Bennett Gallery), Southern Exposures Gallery SF, Walter McBean Gallery S.F., Residency Capp Street Project S.F., Highways Performance Space and Curated by John White at the Sylvia White Gallery. His outdoor projects have been erected for On-Site Santa Cruz, Berkeley CA, and numerous works in S.F. CA. Commissioned by the San Francisco Arts Commission as lead Artist for San Francisco Municipal Railway Rehabilitation Project 700 Pennsylvania Street and commissioned as lead Artist for the San Francisco Bureau of Architecture, (MUNI). Visiting artist for the San Francisco Art Institute. Catalusci studied fine art abroad through (SBCC), London, France, Italy, and Greece. He received his BFA with honors from the San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI) in 1991 and is the recipient of several awards including the Chauncey McKeever Award, and the Golden Seal Award from the SFAI.
