Parallel Studios is accepting submissions for Digital Dome projects to be exhibited during currents 2011: The Santa Fe International New Media Festival - June 10 - 19, 2011 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. The selected work will be screened at the digital dome housed in the new Science and Technology building at the Institute of American Indian Arts.  http://www.facebook.com/DigitalDomeIAIA 
We are looking for work that makes use of the dome for its artistic potential rather than as a museum presentation or dome demonstration. All thematic concepts will be considered.

currents 2011 will open June 10 and run through June 19. The annual Santa Fe International New Media Festival is a citywide event held in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. 

currents 2011 will explore the role of technology and the diverse application of new media in the arts.
 
This year we are expanding the submission possibilities to include not only animation and video based new media, but sound, gaming, website development and multi-media performance.

While SITE Santa Fe's exhibit will focus on video art and its integration of other media, the currents 2010 exhibition is designed to broaden the conversation about the current trends in experimental video art.

currents 2010, co-sponsored by Parallel Studios, El Museo Cultural, Zane Bennett Contemporary Art, and SITE Santa Fe, will be located at El Museo Cultural in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Artists are invited to submit work for exhibit in two categories:
Single Channel Video and Video Installation.
