BIO
Nicola Triscott is a cultural producer and writer, specializing in the intersections between art, science, technology and society. She is the founder and Director of The Arts Catalyst - www.artscatalyst.org, one of the UK’s most distinctive arts organizations, distinguished by ambitious artists’ commissions that engage with science, including notable projects by Critical Art Ensemble, Tomas Saraceno, Ashok Sukumaran, Otolith Group and Marko Peljhan. She has curated numerous exhibitions and events. Nicola lectures and publishes internationally, and has edited several books, including volumes on art and technology in the Arctic, art and space, and ecological art. She blogs at www.nicolatriscott.org. She is also the co-founder and project director of Catalyst Rwanda - www.catalystrwanda.org, working with vulnerable young people and emerging artists in Rwanda.
