Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce that its April 2013 art exhibition is now posted on their website and is ready to view online. The theme for this art exhibition is “Abstracts” and artists were asked to submit their best non-representational abstract art for the gallery’s March art competition.

An art competition was held in March 2013 which determined and judged the art for this exhibition. The gallery received submissions from 26 different countries from around the world and they also received entries from 39 different states and the US Virgin Islands. Overall, there were 970 entries were judged for this art competition.

Congratulations to the artists who have been designated as this month’s category winners, along with the winning Special Merit and Special Recognition artists. The gallery commends all of the winning artists for their artistic skill and their creativity, as this online art exhibition is indicative of their creativity. Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces an art call for the gallery’s 3rd Annual “SeaScapes” Juried Art Competition for the month of April 2013. The gallery invites all 2D artists (including photography) from around the world to make online submissions for inclusion in to the Gallery’s May 2013 online group art exhibition.

Light Space & Time encourages entries from artists regardless of where they reside and regardless of their experience or education in the art field to send us your best interpretation of the theme “SeaScapes" by submitting your best interpretation of the theme “SeaScapes". Seascape subjects would include scenes of coastal living, any ocean activities, seaside vistas and any related seashore subjects for this art competition. The deadline to apply to this art competition is April 26, 2013.

Winners of the "SeaScapes" Art Exhibition will receive extensive worldwide publicity in the form of email marketing, 70+ press release announcements, 75+ event announcement posts, extensive social media marketing and distribution, in order to make the art world aware of the art exhibition and in particular, the artist’s accomplishments. There will also be links back to the artist’s website included as part of this award package.

The theme for this art exhibition is “Nature” and artists were asked to interpret the theme “Nature" by depicting the physical world. “Nature” was considered to be anything that was not created by or has been substantially altered by man.

An art competition was held in February 2013 which determined and judged the art for this exhibition. The gallery received submissions from 20 different countries from around the world and they also received entries from 33 different states and the District of Columbia. Overall, there were 672 entries were judged for this art competition.
